My New Year’s Resolution last year was to survive working at the hospital as a first year House Officer haha ~ looks like I have fulfilled that…

I have yet to think of a New Year’s Resolution this year >.< I’ve been very busy the past two days as I had to work long days 8am to 10.30pm at the Women’s Assessment Unit at the hospital.  The delivery suite suffered a tsumani of babies yesterday on New Year’s Day – good news for the mothers but bad news for us doctors!

Hmm… does that mean the first baby to be born in New Zealand yesterday was the first baby to be born in the world for the year 2012?!

Anyhow, I’ll let you know when I’ve made up my mind about my New Year’s Resolution this year.  In the time being, I’m going to relax for the next 2 days after the animated chaos that was my last 2 days.
