Just a super brief post – I won Burzurk’s 18″ tall Rainbow Dashie on Ebay! 😀 The auction ended at 5am NZ time, so I was still sound asleep :3 (well, I woke up at 4.30am for Melody’s feeds – but fell straight back to sleep afterwards). Luckily, I learnt from the last Ebay auction I lost (due to sniping) and I’d already placed the highest maximum bid I’d be happy to pay before getting ready for bed (normally I like to watch auctions when they’re about to close and bid up in small increments). Rainbow Dash is a very popular pony so I was expecting a bidding war.

I’m so happy I won her! 😀 I can’t wait to put her beside my Rarity from Burzurk 😀 They’d look so cute together!!!

Thanks! Yea, she started doing that, but apparently you can choose to have her signature or not if you commission her 😀 I reckon it’s a lovely touch. I’ll most likely commission her for that crystal pony Rarity, but not sure whether I want the signature or not… What do you think?

Hmm it’s a nice touch if it doesn’t cost extra then you should get it, its really unique. Like an artist signing his/her painting 😉 but its what you like the best~

Congratulations!! The signature is a pretty awesome detail! Also, it’s so nice when you can just enter a maximum bid and let the auction take its course – snipers are really such a bother!! Especially since the Japanese time zone is about 13 hours ahead of where I live, I always have to get up super early to make sure my auctions aren’t sniped T^T

I KNOW! SNIPERS grrrr… last time I was watching the auction but I didn’t know Ebay auctions wouldn’t prolong the time everytime a bid was placed (like Trademe, which is the NZ version of Ebay) so I LOST THE AUCTION T^T, even though I was keen to bid more!!!! That was so sad. NEVER AGAIN!
