Best lamb rack & eye fillet dish I've ever had ^-^
Tenderly roasted New Zealand lamb rack, lightly sprinkled with herbs, stacked on top of sautéd eye fillet followed by a pleasantly crispy Canadian hash brown ^-^ accompanied with merlot and chardonnay jus.

Wow, that looks so amazing! I love rack of lamb, I can eat that every meal of the day…well, maybe not.
