PONY PLUSHIE COMMISSION INFORMATION:

Commission status:

OPEN until 6pm 2/4/14 (New Zealand Time)

– I will be accepting 3 commission slots
– Only 1 pony per slot
– I can make mares, stallions and fillies (you can see examples here)
– Please request for commission slot/price quote by filling in the request form here
– I will review all commission requests received until 6pm 2/4/14 (New Zealand Time) and choose the ones most interesting to me
– I will contact successful commissioners within 48 hours after my commissions have ended
– Payment for all invoices must be paid within 3 working days. If I don’t receive payment within 3 working days, I reserve the right to cancel the commission. If you have issues fulfilling this, please contact me beforehand.

Pony details:

❤Size –
*Mares are approximately 14″ tall from bottom of hooves to top of head (excluding any ears/horns/mane – which usually adds another 1-3″)
*Stallions are approximately 15.5″ tall from bottom of hooves to top of head (excluding any ears/horns/mane – which usually adds another 1-3″)
*Fillies are approximately 10″ tall from bottom of hooves to top of head (excluding any ears/horns/mane – which usually adds another 1-3″)
❤Materials – Cuddle 3 minky from Shannon Fabrics, made in Korea, for certain colours I use smooth minky from Minky Baby Fabric, also made in Korea
❤Thread – Gutermann polyester sew-all thread
❤Stuffing – Premium polyester fiberfill, craft foam and poly pellets in hooves. Sometimes magnets and pipe cleaners may be used
❤Eyes/Cutie marks – Machine embroidered with either gutermann rayon embroidery thread, madeira polyneon embroidery thread or threadelight rayon embroidery thread

Commission types:

I can sew mares, stallions and fillies. For OC ponies, I will require a clear digital picture of the eyes and cutie marks to digitize for embroidery.

Commission prices:

This largely depends on how complex the commission is.

*Applejack – $340USD (price includes magnetized hat)
*Rarity – $340USD (her mane/tail will have 2 shades of purple)
*Rainbow Dash – $400USD (price includes closed/opened wings)

Background ponies:
*Octavia Melody – $300USD
*Lyra Heartstrings – $330USD
*Cheerilee – $320USD
*Vinyl Scratch – $340USD (+20USD for magnetized glasses)
*Trixie – $320USD
*Dr Whooves – $300USD

Accessories:
*4x striped socks (2 colours) – $50USD (+10USD per additional colour)
*1x striped scarf (2 colours) – $30USD (+10USD per additional colour)
*Simple shirt/vest (1 colour) – $50USD
*Simple shorts/pants(1 colour) – $50USD
*Simple skirt(1 colour) – $30USD

If you would like to commission a pony not listed here, please complete the online request form to obtain a price quote. Price quotes are valid for 1 month.

Payment process:

Payment is via PayPal.

For ponies from the show (canon/official ponies) – I require a deposit of $50USD to cover material costs before I begin. This is non-refundable. The rest of the payment is due after I finish the commission.

For OC ponies – I require full payment before I begin.

Payment for all invoices must be paid within 3 working days. If I don’t receive payment within 3 working days, I reserve the right to cancel the commission. If you have issues fulfilling this, please contact me beforehand.

Shipping prices:

I ship worldwide from New Zealand. International shipping is via International Economy Courier with tracking and signature requirement on delivery. This usually costs $60USD for mares/stallions and $45USD for fillies, but can vary. Shipping time is approximately 2-6 working days.

Please note that International Economy Courier only ships to the countries listed here. If your country is not listed here, I will have to ship by International Air which does not include tracking nor signature requirement on delivery. This usually costs $40USD, but can vary. Shipping time is approximately 6-10 working days.

Shipping within New Zealand would usually be about $40NZD with tracking nationwide for mares/stallions and $25NZD for fillies. For rural deliveries there is a service surcharge of $2.80NZD. Shipping time is approximately 1-2 working days.

Customs fee:

Overseas buyers may have to pay customs fee, so please check with your country’s customs office first if you are unsure.

Commission time:

I am a General Practitioner/Family Doctor as well as a mother to a young baby, so my sewing time is limited. Each commission should take about 1.5 to 2 weeks to complete (assuming I already have all the materials in stock, otherwise the fabric can take a week to arrive as I import them from overseas)
