Here’s a first update on my first custom doll! The eye swap with Cheer Ruby was a massive success! All that practice really paid off, and the entire process went swimmingly well. I may film a quick instructional video on how I insert the eyes back in because this is the most challenging part during an eye swap, yet there appears to be very limited resources detailing this.

I’ve also included a picture of the new neck peg that allows the head to tilt. It’s pretty basic but robust, with low risk of damage during head removal as long as you keep the head adequately soft.
