Authenticating Questions

To my dearest blog readers ^-^

Thank you all for reading my blog!  I am so happy that I’ve made so many new friends from all over the world through Rilakkuma and that Rilakkuma is continuing to bring happiness and joy into so many people’s lives!  I am so happy I decided to start up this blog to share my passion with you all.

My authentication guide has earned a lot of praise (and haters) and I want to take some time to remind you all that this guide is purely compiled from my personal observation, thoughts and experience.  Whilst I endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, I make no representation or warranties of any kind about the completeness, accuracy and reliability contained on the guide.  Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

I’ve also been receiving quite a few authenticating questions lately.  In the past I have helped readers authenticate Rilakkuma plushies, but I’ve had a few run-ins with disgruntled sellers posing to be buyers/readers asking me to authenticate plushies for them.  Thus, I’ve decided I would not be offering any authenticating advice any more.  This blog is a passion and hobby.  I am not affiliated in any way with San-X and do not want to bear any responsibility in authenticating Rilakkuma products.

Sorry if I sound harsh, but I feel I must put this out there.  This blog is my ‘relaxation’ Rilakkuma blog.  Not an ‘OMG!  Stress!  Why are you hating on me?!” blog.

  1. I can’t believe people who go through so much trouble to try to convince others that a real is a fake! I’m sorry that you had to deal with these people, good for you on deciding to not longer authenticate plushies for people!

They can use their judgement based on your guide 🙂

    • Thanks and exactly! Sometimes I feel like I’m being too mean (and anal) but really, I’m tired of people that are just ‘users’. That’s why I’ve set up a fee for advice etc. It’s not that I really want any $$, it’s more because I’m sick of being ‘used’ by strangers who I’ll never talk to again. I’m sure not all of them are users, but I don’t want to discriminate so now that rule will apply to everyone! (except people who are already my friends of course! ^-^)
