Sorry, I’m a hopeless pony plushie addict T____T this is another Luna plushie… for my own collection ^^”. In my defense, I’ve been working hard on the contest winner’s pony, but I’m in the process of airbrushing his hair etc, and I need to wait for the paint to dry (and I can only airbrush when baby’s asleep) …. so I work on my own Luna during my downtime. Luna’s actually a surprisingly straightforward pony to plush, so I finished her a lot faster than I’d expected.

As you can see, there are several changes with this Luna. The most obvious is probably the colour of organza (the local fabric store ran out of the organza I used for my first Luna). I had a lot of trouble capturing the translucency of the organza in my first Luna, so I hope I’ve done a better job this time round 😛 😛

I’ve also attached the swarovski crystals in “starry clusters” this time. I believe there are at least 600 crystals in her mane/tail (*o* it took me 4 hours to stick them all on). Again, my photos fail to capture the amazing sparkliness of these crystals >.<

I wanted her mane/tail and body to contrast more, so I used cobalt minky for her mane/tail this time instead of electric blue.

A more subtle change is her muzzle shape, I’ve actually revised my alicorn head pattern slightly to reflect Luna’s “manlier” snout better (but still satisfying my personal aesthetics).

The accessories are, as usual, fully removable. The crown and neck piece have magnets in them.

Anyway, I hope you guys like her! Just like my first Luna, she looks a lot more impressive in real life 😛 and I love her!
