I bought the latest 17″ Disney Limited Esmeralda doll! Her release celebrates the 25th Anniversary of Disney’s The Hunchback of Notre Dame. I was admittedly on the fence about her after seeing her promo pics. Her face looks slightly off – something about her button nose, strong jawline or narrow forehead? Maybe her features are positioned slightly higher than ideal on her face? I’m not too sure. But I do love The Hunch of Notre Dame (one of the most underrated Disney films along with Treasure Planet IMHO), and all in all, she is still a splendidly beautiful doll, so I caved and bought her! Fortunately, she was still available this morning so I didn’t have to stay up late for her.

I also took this opportunity to order more Ariel Wedding and classic dolls. My first four from ShopDisney US that I ordered several months ago came mostly defective with misprinted eyes, dirty black stains and chipped lips. I’m hoping I have better luck this time round ^^”, and there was a 20% off coupon so I made full use of that too!
