Joe’s lamb rack & eye fillet dinner
Joe spoilt me with a super yummy dinner tonight – Tenderly roasted New Zealand lamb rack, lightly sprinkled with herbs, stacked on top of sautéd eye fillet followed by a pleasantly crispy Canadian hash brown ^-^ accompanied with merlot and chardonnay jus.
